Growth in Innsbruck: Best in Parking takes over Sparkassenplatz Garage

Innsbruck, Austria – On 1 July 2026, Best in Parking took over the operation of the Sparkassenplatz Garage, continuing its growth strategy in Tyrol. The company already operates seven parking facilities with around 1,500 parking spaces in Innsbruck. The addition of 310 parking spaces further strengthens Best in Parking's position as one of Austria's leading parking operators. The Sparkassenplatz Garage, with 310 parking spaces, forms part of an interconnected parking complex in the heart of Innsbruck together with the BTV Zentralgarage Stadtforum (300 parking spaces). While Best in Parking has successfully operated the BTV Zentralgarage Stadtforum for several years, the company has now also assumed responsibility for the Sparkassenplatz Garage, bringing the entire 610-space parking complex under its management.

The site is equipped with state-of-the-art Free-Flow technology featuring automatic licence plate recognition. Drivers can enter and exit without a ticket, parking duration is recorded digitally, and payment can be made conveniently at the pay station or online. Integration with the Bmove app further underlines the site's focus on digital services and a seamless parking experience.
