Corporate Governance
Best in parking has built a governance structure which supports the responsible management of the company and gives attention to interests of all stakeholders.
To achieve good corporate governance, we strictly follow Austrian law, the Austrian Corporate Governance Code, our articles of association as well as the rules of procedure of the Boards of the company. The majority of the members of our Supervisory are independent and 50% female. We are determined to further develop our robust governance structure to safeguard growth in an efficient and sustainable manner.

Werner Leiter
Werner Leiter was born in Lienz, Austria, in 1959. Werner Leiter has been a partner and managing director of Grant Thornton Austria since 1991, where he is the head of the tax department. The focus of his professional activity is on national and international tax structuring and transaction advisory. In the course of his career, he has led numerous significant audit mandates, including the audit of listed companies.
Bettina Breiteneder
Bettina Breiteneder was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1970. Bettina Breiteneder graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in 1994 and has held various management positions within the Parent Group since 1993. Bettina Breiteneder has active supervisory board functions of various companies and private foundations, including Generali Versicherung AG and DIE ERSTE österreichische Spar-Casse Privatstiftung.
Peter Hoffmann-Ostenhof
Peter Hoffmann-Ostenhof was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1955. Peter Hoffmann-Ostenhof completed his law studies at the University of Vienna and has been working as a lawyer in Vienna for over 30 years. He is holding positions in various companies and private foundations, e.g., as supervisory board member of the internationally operating and stock exchange-listed caterer DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft.
Julia Leeb
Julia Leeb was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1974. Julia Leeb graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in 2000 and has held various management positions within Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG. Since 2020, she is partner of BDO Consulting GmbH, where she is specialized in corporate finance advisory.
